By accessing or using any mobile applications, software, websites, or other services provided by First Axiom Studio LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.
Our apps and services are intended for users aged 13 and older.
All content and materials provided through our apps or services — including software, algorithms, educational content, interfaces, and designs — are the exclusive property of First Axiom Studio LLC.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our apps or services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps or services, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Virtual Items — Our apps may include virtual currency, items, or rewards ("Virtual Items"). These are licensed to you, not sold. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for legal tender or real-world goods. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. First Axiom Studio LLC shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that we exercise any such rights.
Users are expected to use our apps and services responsibly and not engage in activities that disrupt or manipulate features. For apps that include competitive elements (such as leaderboards or rankings), users may not use bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Our apps may display advertisements through third-party services. By using our apps, you acknowledge that advertising partners may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our apps or services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including personal information, app usage data, subscriptions, and advertising data.
You may manage or delete your account and associated personal data through in-app settings. If you are unable to delete your account within the app, you may contact us at support@firstaxiomstudio.com for assistance.
Upon account deletion, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to retain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
We may suspend or terminate access to apps or services for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the apps or services ends immediately.
Our apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Axiom Studio LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alabama.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our apps or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app features or services at any time without notice.
